Answers for instrument care, ordering, and transit

Find guidance on autoclaving, cleaning, and lubricating hinged tools, plus details on institutional orders and our Sialkot origin and steel certification.

Clinical maintenance

Caring for your instruments

Simple routines keep stainless-steel instruments precise for years of professional use.

Autoclave temperatures

Sterilize in a standard autoclave following your equipment and instrument guidance. Dry instruments fully before storing them in a clean case.

Ultrasonic cleaning

Use a mild, neutral cleaning agent in an ultrasonic bath to lift debris from serrations and joints. Rinse with distilled water before drying.

Hinge and lock care

Apply a light surgical-grade lubricant to hinged tools after cleaning. Open and close the joint several times to spread it evenly and check that locks engage smoothly.

Purchasing

Institutional orders and sample kits

Clinics, dental practices, and universities can request bulk pricing and tailored order support. Student dissection packs and sample kits for teaching programs are available on request. Contact our team to adjust or update an existing order before it ships.

Every instrument is handcrafted in Sialkot from high-grade stainless steel, so each order reflects the same consistent finish and build quality. Tell us your quantities and delivery location, and we will confirm availability and next steps.
