Tracked courier dispatch to US addresses. Customs documentation is included with every international parcel so clearance stays straightforward.
United Kingdom
Tracked courier dispatch to UK addresses. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility and are settled at delivery.
Europe
Tracked courier dispatch across European Union destinations. Packaging and paperwork are prepared to suit each country's import requirements.

Request authorization
Contact us at info@scalpra.com with your order number to receive a return authorization.

Pack securely
Return the unused instrument in its original packaging, with protective casing intact and the tip and edges undamaged.

Ship and track
Send the parcel with tracked courier service so the return can be followed until it reaches our workshop.

Refund issued
Once the instrument is inspected and confirmed in saleable condition, your refund is processed to the original payment method.
