These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of scalpra.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from Scalpra (“Scalpra”, “we”, “us”, “our”), Sialkot, Pakistan. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About our products
Scalpra sells surgical, dental, beauty and student-kit instruments made of stainless steel in Sialkot, Pakistan. Our instruments are intended for use by trained professionals, students under supervision, and beauty and nail practitioners. Instruments are supplied non-sterile and must be cleaned and sterilized according to accepted protocols before any clinical use.
Product photos are for illustration. Minor differences in finish, color or dimensions may occur because instruments are hand-finished. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a product is suitable for its intended use and complies with any rules that apply in the buyer’s country, profession or institution.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order (for example, because of stock limits, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions), and we will refund any amount paid for a cancelled order.
For bulk, clinic, school or salon orders, please use our quote request. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quote.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD).
- Prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes in your country, unless clearly stated.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include card payments processed by Payoneer Checkout and bank transfer. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Scalpra.
- Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once payment is received in full.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe by tracked courier. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility. If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid or the address was incorrect, we may deduct shipping and return costs from any refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
6. Returns, refunds and damaged items
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery as described on our Shipping & Returns page and our Refund and Returns Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, instruments that have been used, sterilized, engraved or customised cannot be returned unless faulty.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@scalpra.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
7. Warranty
We will replace or refund instruments that have a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship reported within 90 days of delivery. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, dropping, improper cleaning or sterilization, use of harsh chemicals, or sharpening or repair by third parties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalpra is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any injury or loss arising from improper use, cleaning or sterilization of instruments. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Scalpra or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Privacy
Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan, except where the consumer laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
